Your Wedding Web Page
We will create an open line of communication by providing your own personal wedding page on our website. This page will be one way that we will stay in direct contact with you as we plan your wedding video.
Collaboration
We will contact the other wedding professionals that you have selected in order that we may work together more effectively on the day of your wedding. We have found that collaborating with your photographer, disc jockey, banquet manager, and any others you have hired, will allow us to achieve the best possible results.
Ceremony
Prior to the ceremony's commencement, a videographer will be outside so that we can take shots of your guests arriving, the exterior of the ceremony building, and the entrance of the bride.
There will be two cameras at your ceremony, which will be operated by an experienced wedding videographer. In addition, we will record sound from multiple wireless microphones to ensure clarity of your entire ceremony.
Customized Wedding DVD
The final master DVD of your wedding will be created just for you from the opening menus to the final credits. Based on your decisions and our artistic style, the DVD will present your final Wedding Presentation and other features you select such as the photo montage, your pre-wedding day footage, and guest well wishes.
5 copies are included with every package.
Keepsake Silver DVD Case
Your master DVD will be delivered in a special silver DVD case that you will love to display with the rest of your wedding memories. The case can be engraved with your names and wedding date if you so desire.
Your Rehearsal
If possible, we will attend the rehearsal of your ceremony to prepare our crew for your wedding day.
Pre-Wedding Options
Pre-Wedding Interview (Add on for $450)
We will plan a separate day to meet and shoot a pre-wedding interview. The question and answer session will be video taped and edited. This footage will be used in your final product to help tell your story.
Photo Montage (Add on for $75.00)
Your personal photographs of your childhood up to your wedding day will be set to music and be added onto your final DVD as a special feature
Wedding Day Options
Bridal Preparation (Add on for $350.00)
One of our experienced videographers will record the Bride as she prepares for her special day. This will include all events up to 3 hours before the ceremony.
Formals (Add on for $125.00)
Following your ceremony, our videographer will remain at the ceremony location or proceed to another specified location to cover the formal photography. This is one of the reasons we collaborate with your photographer in advance, as mentioned previously. In addition to capturing the post ceremony events, we may choose to pose you and/or your party in a fashion that will best enhance the beauty of your wedding day on video.
Your Reception (Add on for $500.00)
An experienced wedding videographer will cover the reception. Again, we will be using multiple microphones to ensure the best sound clarity for all parts of your reception. Our package does not include any specific time limit, and we will stay as long as we feel it is necessary to capture the best moments of the reception. [By request we will record your guests well wishes to be included on your final DVD.]
Post Wedding Options
Wedding Web Page Video (Add on for $100)
We will update your personal web page shortly after your wedding day. It will feature a mini-recap version of your video that you will be able to view and share with family and friends.
Additional DVD Copies (Add on at $1.00 each)
After we complete your DVD, let us know how many you would like to have to hand out. Additional copies of your DVD are available at $1.00 each!
